October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we want to raise awareness in our community by supporting the USC Norris Breast Cancer Survivorship program. This is an open community workout/event so everyone no matter their age, experience, or fitness level is invited to come and workout with us. Never fear, the workout is infinitely scalable and modifiable. If you don't want to work out, we still encourage you to check the event out to see what this community is all about.
