USC Rossier School of Education
At USC Rossier, we work to improve learning opportunities and outcomes in urban settings and to address disparities that affect historically marginalized groups. We teach our students to value and respect the cultural context of the communities in which they work and to interrogate the systems of power that shape policies and practices. Through innovative thinking and research, we strive to solve the most intractable educational problems.
Make a Difference
At USC Rossier, our primary commitment is to ensure that future students will be able to afford the excellent education and professional training we provide. Thanks to the generosity of donors, we are able to provide scholarships to many of our students. Our graduates provide a beacon of hope to some of the most disadvantaged and under-served students.
We are determined to ensure that financial barriers do not hinder access to education. Last fall we were able to provide full scholarships and $20,000 living stipends to 20 Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) students in the Teacher Residency Program, and 100% of our MAT students received at least partial scholarships. These aspiring educators are now making a difference in underserved schools throughout southern California, and many have received awards for excellence in teaching.
Please consider making a gift to the USC Rossier Scholarship Fund. Your contribution has the power to create a ripple effect that will shape the educational journey of countless leaders, not just in the present but for generations to come.
