For 25 years, the Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT) at USC has been at the forefront of basic and applied research in immersive technology, simulation, human performance, computer graphics, artificial intelligence, and narrative storytelling. And during this time, ICT has leveraged this multi-disciplinary research to develop advanced prototypes and pilot projects that solve real-world problems facing service members, students, and society.

The goal of ICT is to be the driving force that brings new tools to small teams of filmmakers. Our students and faculty researchers are already leaders in the areas of photo-real digital actors, motion and gesture generation, interactive characters, synthetic environments, mixed-reality interaction, and the science of emotional impact.

The Small Teams Big Pictures Summer Program at ICT pairs small teams of USC filmmakers with small teams of USC engineering students to make movies using generative AI, run by ICT at USC's Silicon Beach campus.

On this Day of SCupport, help fund the Institute for Creative Technologies at USC. By making a gift today, you will allow our students the opportunity to learn and take part in advanced research that will lead the way to helping solve real-world problems that impact the lives of those in our community and the world.
