USC Mobile Dental Clinic
For nearly 60 years, the USC Mobile Dental Clinic has served families in need across Central and Southern California, delivering over $1 million in dental care annually through more than 16,500 procedures. Its fleet, the largest outside the U.S. military, has been a cornerstone of community health and education for USC students, faculty, and alumni.
A critical part of this operation, the Instrument Management System (IMS) trailer, which has safely sterilized and transported instruments for 30 dental chairs, is over 28 years old and nearing the end of its service life. To address this, the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC is launching The Power of 1000, a campaign to raise funds for a new IMS trailer.
Please consider a $1,000 donation to make state-of-the-art upgrades and ensure the Mobile Dental Clinic continues its mission. The new trailer will feature 30% more storage, secure WiFi for electronic health records, updated equipment, and eco-friendly sterilizers, streamlining operations and enhancing patient care.
Your contribution helps preserve this vital program while supporting the next generation of dental professionals. Pledge today, and your name will be honored on the new IMS trailer. Together, we can ensure the legacy of the USC Mobile Dental Clinic lives on.
