This year, the USC Gould School of Law celebrates its 125th anniversary and 125 years of innovation, inspiration, and impact. We are marking the year with stories and events celebrating our impressive history and the mark USC Gould has made on the legal profession. We are also looking ahead to the future, making plans for exciting new projects and programs, maintaining a strong tradition of leadership in legal education.
USC Gould’s exceptional students have always been the heart of the school, and we will continue to invest in their success with scholarships, programming, and a physical space that supports their education.
The USC Gould Need-Based Scholarship program provides critical aid to students whose financial needs are not met by their merit scholarships. Strengthening this scholarship program will ensure that our students have the resources they need to attend and excel.
We are also increasing opportunities for experiential learning, so that Gould graduates are practice-ready on day one. We plan to add to our phenomenal clinical education program, which currently boasts seven live clinics, with law students working under supervising attorneys to assist real clients. Offering more students the opportunity for hands-on learning will mean an even greater impact in our community.
The achievements that lie behind us and the successes still to come are not possible without the incredible support of Gould’s alumni and friends.
